he Kremlin stated Tuesday that Israel seems unwilling to engage in mediation efforts regarding its conflict with Iran amid what Russian officials described as “galloping escalation.”
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, during a call with reporters, urged both sides to exercise restraint. He noted that “the level of uncertainty around what was happening was absolute.”
Peskov indicated that Russia’s offer to serve as a mediator remains available if needed, but Moscow observes that Israel currently shows no interest in pursuing a peaceful resolution to the conflict.
